Is food provided?

The choice is yours! You can select one of our three table options which include a variety of food selections.


Is there an inclement weather policy?

Yes! We will make a final decision no later than 4 hours before your picnic time, providing you with opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost or to receive a full refund.


What is the cancellation policy?

If a cancellation is necessary, we ask that you notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your picnic date/time. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, cancellation fees will apply.


How long can we enjoy our picnic?

All picnic time slots are 2 hours long. Additional fees will apply if you wish to exceed 2 hours.


Where are your picnics?

We recommend locations such as your backyard, a local area special to you, or any picturesque/ accommodating setting within a 20-mile radius of our Galax home. Having trouble choosing a place? Let us know during booking and we will help you select the perfect spot to enjoy your picnic!
